Incredible Chocolate Chip and Biscoff Spread Cookies

If you haven’t jumped on board the Biscoff Spread bandwagon yet, you’re seriously missing out! It’s made from Biscoff cookies and tastes just like them (sort of similar to a cinnamon graham cracker or animal cracker cookie,  but even tastier!) – in creamy, smooth, spreadable form, of course! We picked some up a few months ago for our gourmet s’mores party, and we keep finding all sorts of delicious ways to use it. My most favorite way to enjoy the spread is in these amazing Biscoff Spread and chocolate chip cookies. This recipe beat out my old tried-and-true standby and now reigns supreme as my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe of all time!

Biscoff Chocolate Chip Cookies

Biscoff Spread & Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 cup Biscoff Spread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together the butter and sugars. Mix in the Biscoff Spread, vanilla and egg and stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well. Mix in the chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded teaspoons on to a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire rack.

  1. Thanks for the recipe! These were SO tasty. I used butterscotch chips instead (didn’t have enough chocolate chips on hand). Everyone gobbled them up! 🙂
