Our kabobs may look like traditional burgers, but they’re actually made with Johnsonville Grillers – premium pork sausage patties with the flavors of cheddar cheese and bacon already mixed in. YUM!
These Grillers cook up easily on the barbecue grill, and skewering the kabobs is as simple as quartering the Grillers and buns, and stacking up your favorite ingredients!

We stuck with the classics for our kabobs, and topped our Cheddar Cheese & Bacon Grillers with more cheddar cheese and bacon (you can NEVER have enough bacon! We’re the family that threw our son a bacon themed birthday party, remember?), tomatoes, lettuce, and a side of ketchup and mustard. Super easy, and a huge crowd pleaser!
(Note: you can put the cheddar cheese on top of the hot Grillers so that it melts and gets gooey, but my kiddos wanted theirs unmelted, so I layered it at the bottom of our kabobs).
