My two-year-old thinks that he’s capable of getting himself a snack out of the pantry, and while I applaud the fact that he got the crackers and a bowl out all by himself, his snack inevitably ends up like this…all over the counter and eventually all over the floor.
Please tell me that I’m not the only mom who deals with this on an EVERYDAY basis!
Our old vacuum, we’ll call it Vacuum A, had been losing suction and performing poorly despite their claims that it will last a lifetime. I tried to vacuum up the spilled goldfish crackers, and this was the result. The first pass pushed all of the goldfish into a pile, and the second pass smashed them and ground them deeper into the carpet.
Since Vacuum A was a total failure, I was even more excited to open up my new BISSELL CleanView Plus vacuum with OnePass Technology and test its abilities. Two things that I immediately loved right out of the box were the easy slide-in HEPA filter and the super cool TurboBrush attachment (for those goldfish crumbs on the sofa!). It had me at hello.
The BISSELL CleanView Plus claims to clean better than a Dyson DC25 and the Eureka Airspeed Zuum. Since Vacuum A is incredibly similar to one of the listed models I’ll be able to put that claim to the test!

The first pass actually sucked up EVERY SINGLE goldfish cracker. I was seriously amazed!
Look, there’s no pile of goldfish hiding under the front of the vacuum either! They’re all visible right there in the CleanView tank.
I was so impressed with how well the vacuum fluffed back up the fibers of our worn carpet that I didn’t stop vacuuming until I had covered the entire downstairs playroom. We have a cleaning lady who comes twice a month to help me out with the deep cleaning, and she just vacuumed the room yesterday with her professional strength vacuum cleaner, so I wasn’t expecting the BISSELL to pick up very much dirt and dust.
Clearly I was wrong! Do you see all of the gunk that I vacuumed up from one small room?! I’d say that the BISSELL CleanView Plus just proved it’s claims of a deeper and better cleaning! Holy moly, I’m sold!
The new vacuum is amazing, and it’s even quieter than our previous one. I’ve fallen in love with vacuuming again because I love the way this vacuum gives new life to my old carpet. I truly can’t recommend it enough!
