This post is sponsored by Shutterfly. Make this Father’s Day special with a personalized gift that says it all.
Is your dad or husband hard to shop for? I know that mine is! When it comes to choosing Father’s Day gifts, we tend to go with something homemade, because there’s nothing quite like giving a gift that you have made yourself. I LOVE the idea of creating a custom photo book, filled with our most cherished memories, but the thought of taking all of those images and arranging them into a photo book sounds SO time-consuming and overwhelming! Taking the time to make a unique gift is a great way to show your recipient just how much you care about them, but sometimes I feel like I’m too pressed for time to create something thoughtful and special. Well, not any longer!
Shutterfly recently introduced their new Make My Book Service, and it is seriously AMAZING! Never again will I have to worry about not having enough time to create something heartfelt and personalized!
The new Shutterfly Make My Book Service allows you to upload up to 800(!) of your favorite photos, fill out a form with a few brief instructions, and a professional designer will take the time to lay out all of the photos and design your book for you – all you have to do is upload the photos! If you can’t decide which photos are the best, you can even ask the designer to curate your photos for you! You can specify the theme of the book, whether or not you want additional embellishments (yes, please!), and how you’d like the photos organized throughout the book. It’s super awesome, and it’s free to get started!
We uploaded our photos, and within 3 business days, Shutterfly emailed us a proof of our custom-designed book. We even had the option to additionally edit and personalize the book more if desired (rearrange photos and pages, add or remove embellishments, etc.). When I placed the order for the book, a one-time $9.99 fee was added to the order for the service, and to me, that is an INCREDIBLE deal when you consider how much time I would have spent organizing and arranging all of the photos myself (more than $9.99 worth of my time, that’s for sure!).
Our book turned out beautifully, and my boys can’t stop looking at the finished results! They can’t wait to give their dad his special book for Father’s Day, and I know that he is going to LOVE it! I upgraded our pages to the standard lay flat pages, and I am super glad that I did. They really do stay perfectly flat, which makes it even easier for multiple people to look at the book at the same time.
I always take a lot of photos of our family, but I am absolutely terrible at remembering to have them printed out, so it’s extra special to see all of our boys’ favorite family photos in one place!
We seriously can’t wait for Father’s Day to get here so we can show it to Dad! We might have to give him an early Father’s Day gift, because I’m not sure if these little guys can wait much longer!
We couldn’t be more pleased with our Make My Book Service experience, and I highly recommend them for all of your gift-giving needs! Shutterfly’s custom designers really know just how to put together a memory album that’s sure to be a life-long treasure!
Your time is a valuable commodity, and with the Make My Book Service, you don’t have to spend hours creating a beautiful custom gift! Just upload your photos, fill out a quick form, and let Shutterfly’s talented designers do all of the hard work for you – easy peasy!
