This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and timeshel, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #timeshelprints https://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV
Before my children were born, I was an avid scrapbooker. I used to spend hours sifting through photos, papers and embellishments trying to put together perfect scrapbook pages. When the boys were born I attempted to put together a baby scrapbook for each of them, but I never made it through the first few months. I loved the idea of a gorgeous color coordinated memory album, but I just couldn’t find the time to drag out all of my supplies to get started. Something tells me that I’m not the only one who has had great intentions + limited time!
I discovered pocket-style scrapbooking a couple of years ago, and I fell in love with it! The system consists of clear photo pockets and patterned insert cards – just slip the cards and photos into the pockets, and you’re done. It’s the easiest memory keeping system EVER, and I just discovered a way to make it even easier!
Gone are the days of taking tons of photos and then abandoning them on your devices and hard drives. Get real (and really great quality!) prints delivered straight into your mailbox for as little as $5.95 per month!
timeshel makes it even easier to fill your memory albums – download their app (available only for iOs in the Apple Store), save photos to your monthly “story,” and then timeshel’s unique subscription service will automatically deliver your photos to you each month! There are two subscription levels available – receive 10 prints a month in a nifty envelope for $5.95/month or 30 prints a month in the plastic timeshel case for $14.95/month.
The design of the timeshel is really clever. The raised panel on top allows the shels to be easily stacked and stored one upon another (sort of like LEGO), and there’s a groove for you to display your favorite photo on the top. It’s a storage case and display stand all in one!
Once you’ve selected photos for your scrapbook page, choose a few pocket cards that coordinate. I like to spread out my favorites so that I can see how the colors work together before finalizing my choices.
Don’t forget to add a couple of journaling cards to jot down important facts, memories and stories!
You can add additional embellishments if desired, but since time is always precious around here, I choose to keep my pages simple and sweet. This entire layout took me less than 5 minutes to put together! With timeshel delivering my photos right to me each month, I have zero excuses for slacking on our family memory albums. I can always sneak in five minutes of creative time!
