No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Protein Ball Recipe

Unsweetened Shredded Coconut + 1 tsp reserved for coating balls

Dark Chocolate Chips,
coarsely chopped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Roll into balls approximately 1.5" in size.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
