Apple Cinnamon Overnight Chia Oats


  • 1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 2/3 Cup Vanilla Silk Cashewmilk


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a pint sized mason jar.
  2. Top with a lid and shake well to combine.
  3. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. In the morning, top with fresh fruit and a sprinkle of cinnamon.


  1. Oats can be eaten cold directly from the refrigerator or heated in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for 5 days, so it's easy to prep on Sunday for the entire week!
