Grilled Bratwurst and Vegetable Shish Kabob Skewers

Vegetables/Fruits of Your Choice – we used zucchinionion, red bell pepper, and pineapple.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces, then cut each Johnsonville brat into 6-8 pieces.
Thread the brat and veggie pieces onto the skewers, and cook on a pre-heated (medium heat) grill for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently until the internal temperature of the sausage reaches 160 degrees. Note: when using an indoor grill pan, cover the skewers with a large lid to trap the heat and ensure thorough cooking.
