One-Pot Chicken Sausage Cacciatore Pasta


  • 1 Box Penne Pasta
  • 3 cups Organic Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp. Olive Oil
  • Smoked Andouille Chicken Sausage (I usually use 2 per pot, but you can use more or less!)
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers any color
  • 1 14-oz can Diced Tomatoes with Italian Seasonings drained
  • 3 Cloves Garlic minced
  • Marinara Sauce optional
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add andouille chicken sausage and yellow onion and cook for around 5 minutes or until onions have softened and become translucent.
  2. Add the chicken broth, Prontoâ„¢ pasta, bell peppers, garlic and diced tomatoes to the pan. Stir well.
  3. Continue to cook over medium high heat for 10 minutes or until the pasta has absorbed almost all of the liquid.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce if desired.
