Using a large cookie sheet, spread out the oats, millet and almonds and coconut and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
When the grains are ready, carefully pour them into a large mixing bowl along with the puffed wheat cereal, salt, honey and pure maple syrup. You’ll want everything to be fully coated, so add a bit more honey or maple syrup if needed.
Lightly coat a baking sheet with coconut oil, and turn the oven up to 325 degrees.
Spread the granola mixture on the tray in an even layer. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until it is firm and has toasted up a bit more.
Allow the granola to cool on the tray before breaking into chunks.
