A year ago, I felt miserable. I had no energy, I was sleeping terribly, and I felt uncomfortable in my clothes and in my own skin. I knew I needed to start taking time for myself, but I always felt there were other things that needed my attention first (hellooo kids, cooking, cleaning, a business to run, etc.!). When one of my good friends became a FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach, I was intrigued by the premise of the program, so I signed up for a round on a whim, never expecting that it would change my entire life. Just. Like. That.
Through the FASTer Way to Fat Loss, I shed pounds, gained food freedom, learned how to enjoy carbs and treats, and I never felt guilty for taking time for myself! Best of all, the program never felt difficult or unsustainable (and unlike other programs, there’s no funky shakes or supplements required – just healthy foods!). As much as I love the weight loss aspect of FASTer Way to Fat Loss, some of my favorite things were the NON-scale victories that I experienced. Aside from my clothing fitting better, I had loads of energy, felt physcially stronger, and I was sleeping better than I have in years! Best of all, I never felt deprived or like I was on a radical diet and dying for a cheat day. The FASTer Way to Fat Loss program fit easily into my lifestyle, and I know that you will be SO happy with it, too!

“12 weeks. That’s the time difference between the pictures. 😳⠀ ⠀ The photo on the left was taken in Hawaii the week before I started the FASTer Way. Looking back, I didn’t really know why I was doing workouts or trying to cut carbs, just that I should be doing it. After going through the FASTER Way, I learned the what, why and how and I realized I found a plan. (one that incorporates carbs) 🤗 A plan that I stuck with and was consistent with then and now. I didn’t just register for the program only to be done with it after my round ended. If I had quit, I would only go back to where I was when I started. Changes don’t happen overnight. It takes time, effort and the right mindset. I put in the work and I was committed to it and here I am a year later still living the lifestyle. ❤️ ⠀ ⠀ Allow yourself to make mistakes and live your life, but stay consistent and don’t quit. You have to put in some work if you want things to change and realize that you aren’t going to be perfect. You’re going to mess up here and there because that’s life. 🎤 I have good days and less than stellar days, but I consistently show up and put the time and effort in to making this my way of life. During my first round of the FASTer Way, I went on a Disney Cruise where the food is all inclusive and available 24/7. Thanksgiving was also right before the picture on the right, so I definitely wasn’t perfect and I never felt the need to be. Forming good habits doesn’t have to be all or nothing!⠀ ⠀ On average, it takes 2 months for a behavior to be repeated automatically and 3 months to be on your way to cementing a lifestyle. We have 3 months left in the year. 👊 New Year’s will be here before you know it, so let’s work on making progress and establishing good habits now to set you up for success when it’s time to make that list of resolutions. 🍾❤️” – @ alicia_webb17

@natalie.posey shares just how transformative the FASTer Way has been for her as a busy mom. Natalie, we are so proud of your consistency and dedication to taking care of YOU! “The girl on left was a tired mom who wasn’t confident in her own skin and was ashamed of her “mom bod.” The girl on the right is a confident, strong mom that loves every bit of her “mom bod.” For as long as I can remember, weight loss and exercise wasn’t easy for me. I had never been able to just lose weight or get in shape quickly. No matter how healthy I ate or how much I exercised, I still never got to where I wanted to be. I spent too much time in the gym, away from my kids, and too much time sacrificing the foods I love. And here’s the kicker… I still felt terrible. That all changed after the FASTer Way. Before FASTer Way to Fat Loss I would cringe at the thought of having to get into a bathing suit. The funny thing is, the problem I had wasn’t really with putting it on; it was the feeling I felt after taking off my shirt and shorts once I got to the beach. It is never a good feeling to have to tell your kids, “sorry, mommy doesn’t want to swim….ever.” In the photo to the left I had this exact bathing suit on, just under my clothes. That entire day at the beach I kept my shorts and top on. FASTer Way hasn’t only given me a body that I am proud of but, it has given me moments to make memories with my kids. Memories with smiles and no insecurities. Memories where I am fully present and not worried about how I look. Memories where I was able to do more because I wasn’t tired from over-exercising and under-eating. Now I had ENERGY! Now, when I go to the beach, I actually go in the water with my kids.”

But being uncomfortable is necessary to make a change happen. I was stuck in a tough place for a long time after I finally kicked it into gear postpartum. My body felt completely foreign to be and everything that used to help me, wasn’t doing anything. I felt as though I wouldn’t ever be able to get off of that treadmill of anxiety and exhaustion that I was facing with my diet and exercise regimen. That all changed for me after I found the FASTer way. Not only have I completely gotten my health back on track, but my energy, happiness, and wellness is better than it ever was before! “6 month transformation photos! This was a big one for me bc it marked half a year in @fasterwaytofatloss When was the last time you stuck with something for that long? I don’t know about you but New Years resolutions don’t last long around here. So why has FWTFL been different? Because I actually enjoy it! I love feeling healthy and confident in my choices and having a plan that is easy to implement and stick to! . So 6 months in… I finally hit my goal of pre-pregnancy weight and am wearing clothes I wore pre-babies! I feel strong 💪 and am lifting heavier than ever before. I have more energy and feel better all-around. I am sleeping better (when my baby doesn’t wake me up 🤪). I don’t have any plans of going back to my “old ways” because of how great I feel! What is Intermittent Fasting?
According to the FASTer Way to Fat Loss FAQ: Intermittent fasting is not a type of diet, but an eating schedule. Your body is always in one of two states—fed or fasted. In the fed state (anytime your body is digesting food), your body’s elevated insulin levels make burning fat a challenge. However, in the fasted state (8-12 hours after your body finishes digesting), your insulin levels are lower and better able to reach into your fat stores.
People rarely go into a fasted state throughout the day. In fact, the traditional theory of several small meals per day keeps us from ever reaching the fasted state. In addition, that type of eating schedule regularly spikes our insulin levels, which also hinders fat loss. So, while eating several small meals per day can lead to weight loss (calorie deficits always do), you will likely be losing both muscle and fat. When you lose calorie-burning muscle, you lower your metabolic rate and make it harder for your body to burn fat. You also might become frustrated because you never feel toned and fit, even though you are working out and eating clean. FASTer Way to Fat Loss can change all of that!
How long do you fast on the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program?
FASTer Way to Fat Loss begins with a Prep Week which will help you ease into and transition your body into an 8-hour eating window each day.
What Do You Eat on the FASTer Way to Fat Loss? What is the FASTER Way to Fat Loss Diet?
Nothing by 100% real healthy foods (with a treat on Leg Day!)! No shakes, no supplements, and no gimmicks!
FASTer Way to Fat Loss includes a handy weekly meal plan that includes meal suggestions for all three meals of the day; however, you will have the flexibility to consume the foods you truly enjoy! The program includes a weekly meal plan to make things easy, but you are free to modify or change the plan as desired. Because the program focuses on carb cycling, each day will have different nutritional and macro goals to be met, but you are free to meet those goals with whichever healthy foods work best for your tastes, lifestyle, and preferences.
How Do I Count My Macros?
At the beginning of the program, your coach will help you to determine your daily macro goals based upon your own body composition and fitness goals. Then, you will use an app that calculates your daily macro intake for you – all you’ll need to do is enter the meals that you eat! I told you, it’s easier than you might think!
Do I HAVE to Work Out on the FASTer Way to Fat Loss Program?
NO! While the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program does include an amazing (and totally do-able!) work out plan, you are not required to work out to participate. Nutrition is the key component of FASTer Way to Fat Loss, and the workouts only enhance and strengthen the nutritional component.
