How are you all feeling? We’re on our very LAST week of the 8-Week Fitness Jumpstart, and I hope you’re energized and happy with your new healthy habits. This week, after I share our workouts and meal plan, I’m super excited to talk to you about what’s in store for me on the next leg of my fitness journey – and I really hope that you’ll join along with me!

WORKOUT PLAN: For each day shown, complete the listed exercises at least once (note: if you are able, repeat each cycle 2-3 times to maximize results) and walk/run for the stated amount of time. This week’s workout incorporates several days of run/walking. For these workouts, run for 3 minutes followed by walking for 1 minute. Repeat the run/walk cycle for 30 minutes.

  1. Wow, my computer did not want to load that. Hair Revitalizing Masque #4803, my hair could certainly use some revitalizing.

  2. I’ve already tried their night cream and clear future which are great. I would love to try their protein powder and fit chews too.

  3. I would love to try the Arbonne Evolution™ Set US #6121 or maybe Greens Balance #6232 but you have so many wonderful products,, from your shampoo Hair Revitalizing Masque #4803 to my body Awaken Rejuvenating Body Mist US #7085

  4. I would like to try the chocolate protein ready to drink shake because sometimes you need something quick and I don’t always make the right decision so this would be great to have on hand.
