The free printable planner set includes three must-have pages for all of your Thanksgiving planning needs.

Free Printable Thanksgiving Dinner Menu Plan

First up, the guest list! Keep track of RSVPs, what dish each guest is bringing to contribute, the number of kids/adults, and any special requests that they might have. It’s a great way to remember that Aunt Judi is bringing her “famous” cheesy potatoes, Grandma Sue is making my favorite Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Squash, and Apples, and Cousin Sammi is a vegetarian!

Once you’ve nailed down you guest list, it’s time to figure out the menu! Use our Thanksgiving menu planner to keep track of all the courses that will be served, including the dishes that your guests are contributing. You can even build your grocery shopping list right on the same page so that everything is organized in once place!

thanksgiving cooking schedule planner

After you have the menu planned out, use our printable Thanksgiving cooking schedule to plan out your cooking times throughout the day. It makes the chaos of cooking a big meal go MUCH more smoothly! For example, you can write down that the turkey needs to be in the oven at 8 AM and then make notes that it needs to be basted every hour. Add in the cooking times for all of the side dishes and add any additional notes – “Aunt Judi’s cheesy potatoes need a quick re-heat at 3 PM!” Then just follow along with your schedule during the day to see what needs to be done next!
