I’ve been putting a lot of effort into bettering my health lately, and I’m feeling more energetic and productive than I have in a long time. I started running again (okay, it’s more like speed walking right now since I’m dealing with tendonitis in my ankle), and I’ve been making some major dietary changes, too.
