Red Grapefruit Sunrise Smoothie Recipe

Did you know that February is National Grapefruit Month? My family loves grapefruit, so I made them this red grapefruit and pineapple smoothie – it’s the perfect way to start the day!

Dole Red Grapefruit Sunrise CupsOur family has been hooked on Dole Red Grapefruit Sunrise bowls lately (they make a great on -the-go breakfast or snack!), so it was only a matter of time before my smoothie fanatic children started begging me to make them a grapefruit smoothie. The peeled grapefruit segments are picked at the peek of ripeness, and packed in 100% juice, so the pre-packaged bowls are actually perfect for smoothies. Just toss everything straight into the blender, and it’s ready to go!
